The Jamaica UK U16 Girls didn’t just show up at the Middlesex Emeralds International 7s—they took the place by storm. Six games. Six wins. A jaw-dropping 240 points scored in just 90 minutes of rugby. That’s 48 tries, or one every 112 seconds.

Let that sink in.

This was sevens rugby at its most exciting—fast, fearless, and flowing. From the first match to the final whistle, the girls played with a mix of power, pace and skill that few teams could live with.

They held their width brilliantly, moved the ball to space with real intent, and offloaded like they’d been playing together for years. It was sharp, intelligent rugby—but never showy. Just confident and controlled.

In defence, they were ruthless. Tackles that stopped players dead in their tracks. Jackals that turned possession over time and time again. They simply didn’t give teams room to breathe.
